Your 30-Day Results Guarantee

We’re confident in the Phase System, but if you don’t experience any noticeable improvements within 30 days of starting your first cycle, you may be eligible for a refund.
To qualify:

You must have purchased directly from our website

You must have used the product consistently as directed for at least 30 days

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping costs).

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Mind (Distance Selling Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
However, due to the nature of our products (ingestible supplements), the following applies:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging

Once opened, products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons
If eligible:

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
How Refunds Are Processed

Please allow up to 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear
